Look for the Roads and Driveways data under the Transportation section of the RIGIS website. The Sites data are stashed in the Facilities & Structures area, and Fire Hydrants within Utilities & Communication.
All four datasets have been significantly updated since their last release in 2008. For example, over 29,000 points have been added to the Sites dataset! When teamed with the RI E-911 Roads data, this pairing represents the best publicly available data source for geocoding tasks in Rhode Island.
Also noteworthy is that this is the first release in what is planned to be a series of RI E-911 quarterly data updates via RIGIS! The next updates are scheduled for January 2010.
