The plan was to do most of the collection in the Fall, and clean up in the Spring. However challenging weather changed that plan, and to date I don't believe any part of MA or RI has been collected. I believe the vendor has collected about 1/3 of the total area, mostly in eastern Maine and some in CT and NY. The vendor is contractually required to deliver the data to USGS by July 15, so they can (and will have to) do quite a bit of make-up this Spring and likely subcontract some of the work out to get a bigger team on the project. The Spring collect will go in the reverse direction of the Fall collect, so starting south and working north. There will be some long hours worked at PhotoScience in May and June.
