As an At-large member of the NEARC Board, I urge you to plan on attending and remind you to register ASAP for the Spring NEARC meeting at Smith College in Northampton, MA on Tuesday, May 17th. Check out http://northeastarc.org/ for the detailed agenda and how to register.
The registration fee is $35 which covers breakfast, lunch and snack breaks as well as parking. Our next door neighbors in Massachusetts regularly host this NEARC mid-year meeting, which is no more than a 2.5 hour drive from anywhere in RI (except for our friends on Block Island who have an additional hour).
